Dr. Natalie Palmer, DCN

Associate Director of Technical Operations | Certified Business Relationship Manager | Doctor of Clinical Nutrition | Master of Science in Information Systems | Certified Raw Foods Vegan Chef | Educator
Dr. Natalie Palmer is a clinical nutritionist, systems strategist, and educator who bridges technology, cellular biology, and lifestyle medicine. As the founder of ElegantlyRaw Cuisine and Cellular Therapeutics, she develops evidence-based protocols that target restoration at the cellular level through botanicals, whole-food supplementation, metabolic repair, detoxification science, and therapeutic living foods.
Her work centers on the principle that dysfunction begins at the cellular level — and so does healing. Drawing from peer-reviewed research in nutritional biochemistry, insulin signaling, inflammation pathways, and gut-hormone communication, she designs structured programs that address root causes rather than symptoms.
Dr. Palmer integrates plant-forward nutrition, sustainable herbal therapeutics, and lifestyle restructuring to support metabolic resilience, hormonal balance, and long-term disease reversal. Her philosophy is grounded in both science and Scripture — reflecting the original plant-based blueprint described in Genesis 1:29 — affirming that food, when properly applied, is powerful medicine.
